1. Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Prime Numeris (Bursa, Türkiye · advisory@primenumeris.com · +90 534 455 87 13). This notice covers personal data processed through the primenumeris.com website.

2. Personal data we process

  • Contact and request details: The name, email, phone number, company name and message you share in the form; the request type and the related service.
  • Transaction security details: The page and language from which the form was sent; an irreversible digest of your IP address, used to prevent misuse. If you start the security check in the form, your IP address and browser information during the check.
  • Usage details: If you consent, site usage information obtained through cookies and the campaign link you arrived from. For details, see the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

  • Responding to your request and handling the meeting and proposal process: processing directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Article 5(2)(c)).
  • Protecting the forms against misuse and ensuring information security: our legitimate interest (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)). The security check in the form runs only when you start it.
  • Statistics and marketing cookies: your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5(1)). You can withdraw your consent at any time from your cookie preferences.

4. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, only for the purposes above and to the extent necessary, to our partners that provide the site’s hosting and email services; to the security check provider if you start the security check; and to analytics and advertising service providers if you consent to statistics and marketing cookies. These providers’ servers may be located outside Türkiye. Transfers abroad are carried out in line with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK (an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards, or the incidental transfer cases listed in the Law). Where legislation requires, data may be transferred to competent public authorities.

5. Collection method and retention

Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the forms and cookies on the website. Form submissions are anonymised after 24 months; submissions marked as unwanted are deleted after 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to which it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and erasure or destruction within the framework of Article 7, and notification of these actions to the third parties to which it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

7. How to apply

You can send your requests to advisory@primenumeris.com from an email address registered with us, or by the other methods set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
